Yolanda : La harina común que se vende al público es un producto que no contiene bromatos y por eso se llama “unbromated” .Las de mejor calidad (unbleached) tienen mas germen molido incorporado pero este es dificil de moler de modo que, por motivos comerciales, se lo separa lo mas posible y se obtiene una harina mas blanca pero con menos valor nutritivo.

  18. Hola Tengo una pregunta, ojalá pueda ayudarme. Mi abuela hacía flan al horno, pero la característica es que al flan se le formaba una especie de “costra” en la parte superior. No se qué debo hacer para que me quede igual. Cuál es el proceso de horneado y además si pudiera darme una MUY BUENA receta de flan se lo agradecería muchisimo.

  19. Yolanda, busca la receta del FLAN en este sitio .Veras que no forma costras y sale muy suave.

    • Agradezco mucho la sugerencia, pero probablemente no me expliqué bien, lo quiero CON la costra :)

  20. Yolanda, para que se forme una costra en el flan sencillamente al hornearlo no le pongas la tapa que se indica.
