Yolanda : La harina común que se vende al público es un producto que no contiene bromatos y por eso se llama “unbromated” .Las de mejor calidad (unbleached) tienen mas germen molido incorporado pero este es dificil de moler de modo que, por motivos comerciales, se lo separa lo mas posible y se obtiene una harina mas blanca pero con menos valor nutritivo.
I wouldn’t say ‘lamb leg’, I prefer ‘leg of lamb’ or ‘lamb shank’(the small one).
