I would like to know what the spanish fish ROSADA is called in english.,It is often served deep fried in cubes as part of a mixed fish platter. Possibly this fish is only available in spain and can not be bought in england, but if it is known in england by another name I would like to know it.

Tengo una duda, en un trabajo que estoy traduciendo viene una expresión que no comprendo, dice “par baked” [pâte sucrée- flaky pie dough] y no me queda claro que quiere decir PAR BAKED. Alguien sería tan amable de ayudarme?

Yolanda, “par baking” es,a mi entender,un proceso similar al “par boiling”, es decir,cuando se quiere hornear juntos dos productos que requieren diferentes tiempos de cocción lo que se hace es hornear primero
el producto que requiere mas tiempo y se le da una media cocción, entonces se le agrega el otro y se termina el horneado hasta que todo este a punto.
